Event details only show sometimes

I have installed the plugin and have received some registrations for the events with it. However, every other time someone tries to pull it up on my webpage, it shows “event not found” under each event heading and won’t allow them to signup.. Disconnecting from keyring and re-connecting has fixed the issue thus far, but I don’t want to have to do that several times per day.
What should I do to fix this issue?
