Event Details no longer appearing on Posterboard when mouse is hovered over

Hi Benjamin – I’m still building my site and it’s not live yet. I can try to give you a wordpress login if necessary. Odd that the hover-over text was working fine recently.

Hi Mike,

Have you tried other Posterboard styles? Events > Settings > Add-ons > Extended Views > Posterboard style.

It seems that it is a conflict with your WP theme, have you tried the troubleshooting guide? https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/

After a lot of trial and error that worked! It turns out the conflict was coming from the Jetpack Plugin, specifically the “Custom Content Types” Module. Now that it is deactivated the hover-text works again.
