Event Descriptions in Popup BROKEN LINK

Hello,
When my users click the event name in the calendar it shows the popup of the event description.
In that description I have confirmed valid links to other pages on my site. However, those links on the end user side are broken here is the formatInput:

isiscenter.net/”/relax-for-free-celebrate-our-new-location-grand-opening-jan-22-jan-24/”The quotations are in the end code as well, I can’t figure out how to remove them.
I haven’t a clue of what is going on??
