Event Dates Incorrect

Hi,

We are using Event Calendar Pro 3.11 along with the add-on Community Events.

Recently events are submitted with the date of the event set to the date it is submitted. Eg. An event yesterday (7/30) was submitted with a date of 7/30 though clearly the user intended a different date. It looks like the time is correct though.

When editing the pending event in the WP backend I enter the correct date and then click publish. The page refreshes but the same date returns. However if I change it again and then hit update it saves the correct date.
