    A recent event I created on the plugin does not appear on the calender in any view. I realized upon looking it over that the Event Date Block is saying “”This block encountered an error and can’t be previewed.” I am thinking this might be correlated since this does not appear on any other event and they all appear. I have tried deleting this specific event in question and also just reentering the specific block with no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

    Have you tried duplicating this event and seeing if the issue carries across? can you provide me with a loom.com screen recording of the issue as well, please?

    Alternatively, can you try reinstalling the plugin and seeing if that resolves the issue, please?

    Hello,

    I have duplicated the event in question and the issue carries across. I have also created a new event and seen the issue occur. I have also attempted to deactivate and reactivating the plugin with no success.

    I have not reinstalled the plugin due to not wanting to lose any event data during a plugin uninstallation. If there is a way to work around losing my event date, I will try that for sure.

    I currently do not have Loom setup for screen recording. I can send you screen shots if that helps.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!

    Screenshots would be great!

    Can you also try a quick test and see if the functionality works as expected with a bare WordPress install? A bare install is basically a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty and no other plugins besides ours installed. You may want to consider trying this out on a staging site so that you don’t have to switch things around on your live site.

    I haven’t tried a bare WordPress install. I’ll look into trying that to see if it helps.

    Hello,
    I haven’t had any luck so far. I’m able to to preview it and it appears fine. I just can’t see it in past events when I try to view on the site.

    Thanks for providing me with that screenshot. Is that error only with an event block? Or with any other kind of block?

    Does this occur only when editing on mobile, or on a computer as well?

    Lastly, have you been able to try this with a bare WordPress install?
