Event Date keeps defaulting to 1/1/1970

Hi there,

I am trying to add a new event using your plugin to https://www.smoothmind.com, but the event date defaults to 1/1/1970. When I change the date and try and update the event, it does not save the correct date and reverts back to 1/1/1970.

I have one event listed and cannot add anymore until this is resolved.

Having checked the date set-up in my main wordpress admin area, it is correct so it appears to be an error with the plugin.

Please can you help?
