• I am using the free version of your plugin and am having a problem. I am not getting any appointment information mapping into Google Calendar. How do I synchronize the two calendars as that is the issue. I have confirmed that everything is set up correctly and still nothing.

    Please let me know what additional information is needed to solve this issue.

  • Hey there tsobrado, hope you’re well today!

    Can you please check in your settings in Appointments -> Settings -> Google Calendar what do you have set in Integration Mode? If you’re looking only to export data from your site to calendar you should have “A+ -> GCal (Only export appointments)”

    Have you tried using “Export and Update Events to GCal Now” option?

    Hi Bojan,

    Yes, everything is set up correctly in Google Calendar from what I can tell. However, it is still not working. Are you available to review it for a fee? I just need to get this resolved.

    If you can confirm that you have everything setup like it is displayed in the tutorial video here https://youtu.be/hul60oJ1Eiw then I can suggest trying the following:

    Whenever you assign a “service provider” to a service, make sure that the service provider logs into wordpress, and in their PROFILE page they add the gcal sync + working hours, etc settings.
