There is no option in WooCommerce core to allow user-submitted events; you would need to use a plugin or custom coding for that.

Searching, I found some plugins that allow you to have user-submitted events on your site:

Can you please elaborate further on the events that the customer can create here so that we could address you more effectively? What are your goals or what are you trying to achieve?

A customer can create a simple event from his account dashboard with:
event title, event date, and event time.

When the date is near that particular customer and the shop admin both will receive a reminder email.

The best option will be using an extension like WooCommerce Bookings (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/), this will be a way to create the event and keep a track of it.
