Event code / pixel not activated

    Hello. I am receiving error code,
    We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event.
    Pixel number is correct, we are using current version of plugin, this affects tag “view content”.
    I tried reinstalling, reconnecting with FB – no change.

    Thanks so much for your question, I’ll be happy to take a look at this for you.

    Could you let me know where you were seeing this error notice, or from which page? I had a quick look at the site URL that you included with your message and viewed a product on your store. Using the pixel helper chrome extension seemed to show the ViewContent event okay: https://cloud.skyver.ge/04uYkgoG

    Could you share a bit more information so I can replicate the issue and troubleshoot this further for you?
