Event calendar

Hello!

Is there any plugin (compatible with WP 2.0.2) that’s like a calendar in the sidebar with editable “events”? Like the numbers on the calendar are clickable if there is an event or whatever associated with that day, and the entries can be added by admin and registered users (but needs admin approval to be displayed). …Is there anything like this available? I don’t need any actual posts associated with the dates; I just want to be able to enter in some text for the day or something.

Hmm… Or maybe a dynamic-like calendar where if you hover your mouse over a day, text will appear to tell you what’s going on on that day? Preferrably something that doesn’t require a reload of the page… Like that Live Calendar plugin… Except I don’t want it linking to posts on that day or anything. .^^; I plan to use this as a release date calendar sort of thing.

Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
