event cal with import and rsvp

On your admin site go to the plugins / add new plugin button on the side menu. Enter RSVP in the search window.

There are a few option to chose from. Most are set up for weddings.

I’m not sure about importing the iCal events. You might have to convert the iCal file into another file type in order to upload it.

You could try Google’s calendar and google docs as your RSVP system.
