Event Bookings – Enable Reserve bookings after event is full

Hello All.

What i would like to know is:

If i set an event to allow 100 bookings, this is the total event capacity BUT i would still like to accept bookings for the event.
when the event is full, i would like to notify any further bookings that they are on a reserve list. There booking has been received and will be added to a reserve list. If we have a booking removed or drop out, we can place the member at the top of the reserve list into the event.

Is this possible with Events Manager or Events Manager Pro ?
