Event Archive

I’m having trouble setting up my archive the same the events page is set up:
https://foothillsevent.staging.wpengine.com/events/
Just a list pf previous events

Instead the previous-events page pulls the entire event page itself reather then the listed event:
event.staging.wpengine.com/previous-events/
