Server Push Images

One page may have lots of images. I don’t know if it good to push too many things to browser or not. Because each push will make that single request waiting until server fetch all data and send together.

Got it. Could be a good idea to just push the featured image only automatically.

Otherwise, not a big deal.

Could push the first couple images as they are usually in viewport.
