    If a new post is published, my subscribers receive my notfication mail (dynamic template) – within I use the ###POSTFULL### shortcode, to embed the whole article. Sadly the (wordpress) shortcodes of that article are shown in plaintext (e.g. [caption id="attachment_6906" align="alignleft" width="300"] or [gallery ids="7079,7081,7083,7085,7087,7089,7091,7093,7095"])

    Is there a way to evaluate the wordpress shortcodes that are contained in the article or at least remove them?

    Thank you!

    @detrax,

    You are sending email notification via HTML or in Plain text format?
    We will have a check with this & let you know our views on the same.

    Until now I have tried both WP-HTML-Mail and PHP-HTML-Mail mode – the next test I will do with WP-Plaintext (altough I would prefer having some images in the notifications).

    @detrax,

    We replicated the same on our end & yes the content is not showing correctly i.e. it seems like currently notification email is not able to parse a few HTML codes correctly & hence you are seeing like this.
    We have noted this down & will fix in later releases of Email Subscribers & we’ll inform you once we fix this.
