    Hello

At the WordPress translation day I complete the German version. I am in an evaluation process and would be interested in your opinion:

    Digital Transformation
CRM Evaluation for GUSReisen (visadienst.ch, i54.ch) with WordPress

The goal to have more digital transformation. Now we work on many websites (https://gus.reisen/projekte) with WordPress.

We market our Visaservice with Adwords, getting customers. The information we take with contact form, we don’t put in a database and we make the invoices with word. We want to add a CRM program to website and administrate our customers.

For getting customers we invest in platform i54. There we work for local people and business. We think it’s good to have here maybe a second CRM, cause we have people which will be focused in other ways, we offer also Internet and Social Media services, also we want to make an own platform, where local people take part.

What is your opinion to have two CRM?

    Can you fit our requirements.

Getting Customer Data to CRM from Contact Form 7
    Selecting customers to groups
    Have always customer dates
    Easy invoicing
    Collecting history

Please take a look, thank you for your opionion.

    Good luck

    Hi Stephan,
Currently, WP-CRM System does not integrate with Contact Form 7. We have add-on integrations with Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms, which would meet this requirement.
We also have an invoicing add-on, which allows you to bill customers directly from your CRM.
With our CRM, you can categorize customers with custom categories.
I’m unclear as to the specific history you’re looking to collect, but each customer record has a text field that you can use to maintain various information – notes, call history, important dates, etc. The plugin is also flexible enough that you can add custom fields if there is specific information that needs to be kept separate from everything else.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hello, Scott

    Thank you.

I am very familar with Contact Form 7, maybe some day you have it.

In the documentation I see that you work with CSV Files. This would be a solution.

Also I think Ninja Forms or Gravity Forms shouldn’t be so complicate.

End of November I want to make my first trials with CRM, next week I will be at WordCamp Geneva and prepare my presentation.

    Good luck an much success

    Stephan
