    Hello,

in this topic there is the same bug (I don’t know why it was marked as resolved).

    I’ve done the mentioned steps:

The best way to determine this is to:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    without luck.

    What can be the cause?

    Thank you

    Hi there @oozzyy!

We have filed a bug report for this issue but have not been able to replicate it yet:

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/issues/4646

So please report your case there and please share your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it as a comment on the above bug report along with any additional information that will hopefully help us recreate it and troubleshoot it.

I hope that’s helpful and points you in the right direction.

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved so that the conversation can continue on the dedicated bug report – if you have any other questions, you can start a new thread.
