Euro Sign / Currency does not appear properly

No it does not. It fixes the german “Umlaute” ?, ü, ?. This works fine. But no € Symbol.

Can you please do following?

Go to woocommerce-simply-order-export/lib/functions.php file and look for wsoe_formatted_price function, replace that function with following code.

function wsoe_formatted_price( $amount, $order_details ) {

	if( is_a( $order_details, 'WC_Order' ) && apply_filters( 'wsoe_formatted_price', true ) ){
		return strip_tags( html_entity_decode( wc_price( $amount , apply_filters( 'wsoe_formatted_price_args', array() ) ), ENT_HTML5, 'utf-8' ) ) ;
	}
		return $amount;
}
