• Hello,

we have an online shop in the EU that sells products inside the EU and outside (f.e. Switzerland).
The plugin works fantastic, but when we have an order from Switzerland (which is VAT free) the rebate (10%) is calculated TWICE, so we see f.e.

Product costs 100 EURO without VAT

The product that is shown in the cart isn’t 90 EURO, but 100×0,9X0,9 = 81 EURO.

It doesn’t affect only your plugin, but all other dynamic pricing plugins we tried.

Do you have an idea what is causing this?

Sorry for the inconvenience, if possible can please share a screenshot of the tax settings page (if you are using any plugins related to tax please mention the same) and the cart (discount) page so that we can check the same on our local server.

Here is what happens when you order from Germany (you get 10% off)

Here is what happens when you order from Switzerland (you get the original price without VAT X 0,9 X 0,9). So it essentially applies the rebate twice in a row.

It only happens with countries with 0% VAT (export countries).

    The site is: https://www.steel2silver.com

Any idea what is causing this?
