Eu and non EU customers (all B2B)

    In my case I do have EU and non EU based (USA) customers. All B2B, no end user customers.

    Whenever customer is from EU and put proper VAT number, all is ok and VAT is not added to the cart. But unfortunately when customer is located in US, he gets VAT added. Is there any chance to set an exceptions to the behaviour on how your plugin treat non EU customers ?
