Ethical question.

  • Hello,
    When is a good idea to use Paypal in my blog. I have a utility that will make the user’s life easier (I have an automation utility).
    Is it advisable to ask readers to donate (only if they feel like), in my fairly new blog, started in August 2009 ?

    If it is not a bad idea, what plugin should I use? This plugin should include GBP, Euro, $, canadian dollar options.

    What I am looking for, is a plugin that allows me to put the pay pal button at the end of a selective post(In my case the latest post).

    Does anybody know if there is a plugin for my case.

    I am new to this and every aspect has been a struggle for me. I fiddle around with a WP paypal plugin but in the end couldn’t get it to work. So I went straight to paylpal, created a button and loaded he code on my site. My intent was to have one button, like navigation, not something that follows posts so this works fine for me. Food for thought.

    Hey Khlota,

    Thanks for your helpful reply. I tried your suggestion. When I preview my blog post and click on the paypal button, I get an error:

    We were unable to decrypt the certificate id.

    I think my website doesn’t have SSL.

    Do you know how to fix this error?
