Ether Content Builder tab missing

I have been using the Ether Content Builder for a couple years now. Upon page editing, it displays a “Builder” tab that allows you to use widgets to display content on the pages. The “Builder” tab appears next to the Visual & Text tabs. Yesterday, I logged into my site to make some edits and the Builder tab has suddenly disappeared which means I cannot view or edit my page content within my dashboard. I had someone in the Philippines login and they sent me a screenshot and could see the tab and content, yet I cannot. I have tried using multiple computers on a few different networks.
