Eternal load

Hello friends! I have a problem with my charging element. I believe that someone has gone through something similar. I did some research, but in general I didn’t find a problem like mine.
My elementer is in eternal charge. I contacted the hosting and was told there was a problem with the plugin. I can edit an existing page. However, when I create a new one, the plugin is just loading. I believe it is something related to memory, but my hosting informed me that it is using the maximum memory. Below is an impression of the “error” and the log. Does anyone know please how to solve?
