Eternal error 500

Hi guys.

I am working on moving my local mamp site, to a live server. Well – what a big bucket of trouble. First it wouldent even show. I made it work. Then I couldent access the wp-admin (stille cant btw – first of all the sites url somehow doubles, and even when I work around it, the dashboard just shows all the links but somehow no interface of the dashboard). But then I must have done something cause then the eternal error started to show. I decided that instead of trying to solve it, it would be a hell of a lot easier just to reupload the whole lot – so I deleted my database, reuploaded database, deleted files from my server, and reuploaded – but it still consists – any ideas?
