Estate agent website

I have been asked to develop a property website for a estate agent. I have never used WordPress before. The site requries contact form, property search, mortgage calcualtor, images and content. I have designed the CSS and XHTML already for this site, got wordpress set up and was just asking how I would create my layout in WordPress and what plugins would be best to make a estate agent website?
