Estate Agent Plugin

I was wondering if anyone knew of a wordpress plugin that has the functionality needed for an estate agents. E.g. add houses with certain fields such as bedrooms, price etc which are all searchable.
If anyone knows one already out there or one that someone is working on that would be cool to know.
