Essentials Theme

I was unable to find the Essentials Theme forum so am asking here. Trying to edit the email sign up form section down at the bottom, right above the footer that says “Let’s be buds!” and I cannot figure out where to do so. I did not design this website, and this section was not created under the footer section with Essentials. I’ve also tried to go under Customize and I can’t edit it there either. Can anyone help? Thanks!
