Essentials Addon, Items Sorting Order not suitable

    Hello,

    we just installed the Essentials Addon today.
    Now the problem is, that our items cant be sorted in a beautiful way. In some food categories we have numbers 15, 16, 17, 18, 216 and 9, and we want to sort them by number. When we sort alphabetically, then the 9 is last.

    Is there a possibility to change that? Before we created the products number by number, and that was how they were shown. And that is what we want again.

    Sorry for the inconveniences. We have tried to give all possible scenarios to sort the items. But as you said sorting alphabetically number 9 will surely come at last as the system is considering the starting numbers only.

    Let us know what we can do on this scenario. If you have any suggestion or demand we can check the feasibility. For now you can try renaming the 1 digit numbers to 01,02,03…09 instead of 1,2,3..9. This might help you in this case.
