Essential Plugin for My Site

I have a site with multiple editors. I need to know if they are online before using the WP Optimize plugin, otherwise I would be deleting all their auto-saves.

It does take up a lot of dashboard space, but the advantage of the plugin outweighs the trouble I could cause by optimizing the database with people still writing content.
