I have deactivated the plugin for now so the error goes away, but can’t edit any of the elementor pages on my site. I’ve also deleted and re-installed the plugin – that didn’t fix the problem

Hi @vegasims, Can you please make sure that you have installed latest EA PRO version 4.1.0 on your website.
    Please let me know. Thanks!

I don’t have EA pro, I’ve been using the free version

I see @vegasims! Can you please regenerate your assets.

To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the Regenerate Assets button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r3b588

Then try again. Let me know how it goes!

    Thank you.

I tried that and it didn’t work, unfortunately.

Ok, I seem to have fixed the first problem by deleting the plugin a few times, purging cache and re-installing. But I can still not edit any of the pages as I’m getting an error – Preview could not be loaded with no error code. I’ve moved my site to Siteground yesterday, it was working fine when testing, but then there seems to be an issue. I have spoken to Siteground and they seem to think I should contact EA

    Hi @vegasims,

Glad to know that your first issue has been fixed.
Well the second issue(Preview could not be loaded ) is not related with Essential Addons for Elementor.
But you can try doing, Settings > Permalinks > Click “Save Changes”

Then try again. If not fixed, Please try another browser aswell.
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

    Abid,

I’ve tried that several times today but it didn’t fix the issue. Firefox and Chrome show the same error.

    Well @vegasims ,

As Preview could not be loaded issue is not related with Essential Addons for Elementor,
I would suggest you to contact with Elementor support forum for this.
Also you can see their doc about this if it helps to you for debug: https://docs.elementor.com/article/245-preview-could-not-be-loaded

    Hope you understand!
