    Hello,

There’s a conflict with Elementor Page Builder when you have ESI enabled. I believe this issue was flagged some time ago on and older version. It seems it had been resolved but since updating to v.3.0.8.3 it seems to have arisen again.

When viewing pages whilst logged into WordPress, the ‘Edit with Elementor‘ Button should be viewable at the top of the toolbar. If you have ESI enabled, this button disappears. When you disable ESI, this button reappears.

Also, I am now having image optimisation issued since updating to v.3.0.8.3. I’ve seen this has been pinned as a known bug. However, I ‘destroyed All Optimization Data’ to try starting again but that did not work for me.

I am getting the following error messages:

Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: Unknown error: Site not found [server] https://node3.preview.quic.cloud [service] img_optm

Cloud Error: Please try after 4m 37s for service d/usage.

Waiting for the suggested time does not resolve the issue.

    Many Thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You will need to regenerate domain key once you moved from preview to final version.

In case you don’t know where to do that, please navigate to WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > General > General Settings. Press the button in the Domain Key setting to request a new one. It may take a few minutes.

    I have just done this.

It’s linked to Quic Cloud successfully. However it is now only pushing 1 image at a time?

Also, can you please address the ESI and Elementor issue I am having?

    Hi,

First few rounds will only do 1 images at time as test run to make sure the communication is good at both sides.

For Elementor , I am trying to reproduce it.

I installed WP 5.4 with default theme , no cache plugin , only elementor page builder , I created a post with elementor , check in front-end , but I see don’t see the edit with elementor button , did I miss anything ?

as you can see from admin-bar , cache plugin is not present, but I still don’t see Edit with Elementor button.

    Best regards,

    You’ve mis-understood.

The ‘Edit with Elementor’ button should be there.

As stated, if i disable ESI, it re-appears as it should. If ESI is enabled, it disappears, as it should not!

I want ESI enabled and the ‘Edit with Elementor’ to be in-tact.

    Hi,

    Yes, I understand your question/issue.

But please understand that in order to investigate and debug it , I will have to reproduce this error on my test site first.

it seems regardless if I enable or disable cache plugin , that “edit with elementor” button doesn’t show up.

I am wondering if I miss any setting that enables this button in admin bar ?

It would be very helpful if you could set up a default WP site, install elementor and LSCWP , then guide me to reproduce it.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

I believe you need to create a ‘page’ with Elementor.

    Not a post.

    Hello again,

Please note my last message regarding Elementor. Please create a page with Elementor, not a post. The ‘Edit with Elementor’ button should then appear.

I am still also have issues with image optimisation. It continues to throw up the following error.

Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: There is proceeding queue not pulled yet. [server] https://node7.quic.cloud [service] img_optm

I have already re-linked my Quic Cloud account.

    Hi, @jamiepaulsmith

RE: Image Optimization, all images from the previous request must be optimized and pulled before a new request can be sent, so usually, that message you are getting indicates that the previous optimization cycle is not yet complete. It should jut be a matter of waiting for it to finish up.

This can take anywhere from 30 seconds to (worst case) multiple hours if the queue is unusually busy.

    Hope this helps.

    (I’ll leave the Elementor question for @qtwrk ?? )

    Hi,

I just tried again for the elementor

WP 5.4.1 , Twenty Twenty theme, no other plugin including LSCWP is actviated , except Elementor.

I create a page with elementor , go in front-end , Yes , I do see that “edit with elementor ” button , then I refresh the page once , that button disappears

I tried this twice on 2 different servers and got same result.

Okay, this is a conflict with Elementor then. This shouldn’t be happening and needs to be resolved?

    Hi,

Based on all tests I did , and were performed without LiteSpeed cache plugin.

As if LiteSpeed Cache was not even installed , and that button still missing on a vanilla WordPress , then I believe this issue was from Elementor itself.

Please verify my result by creating a clean default WP site.

    @lclarke

I am still getting issues pulling back images from the server.

It has been stuck on 200 images for 24hrs and I keep getting an error messages.
Cloud Error: Please try after 2m 44s for service img_optm-new_req.

Prior to this, I had tried clearing unfinished data as it was stuck prior to this.
