    Hello,

I opened a ticket on your website (#53789189) and received the initial response 6 days ago, since then I asked for an update but still no response..

I’m forces to ask here for support as I have an issue with LS cache plugin that I need resolved ASAP!

    PROBLEM:

On a same cpanel account we have two WP installations:

dev. is a staging site where we test things before pushing them on the live site on main domain, so both sites have identical litespeed plugin configuration.

We have a classic text widget and inside it a shortcode to display the cart. The widget has a setting Private and TTL 0 (as recommended here: https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2017/09/06/wpw-esi-and-litespeed-cache/) indicating that it should not be cached (we also tried Public), but the block still keeps getting cached.

After a few hours it gets cached, and after purging ls cache it works as expected.

But after a couple of hours it again happens.. and strange that it only happens on the main site and not on dev.

I also tried this: https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2018/12/12/wordpress-shortcodes-esi-blocks/ but it causes the widget NOT to be displayed.

    Please see the attached screenshots:

    Thank you in advance.

On the subdomain I enabled crawler option as well and now on that subdomain the esi block is also cached.. seems like the litespeed crawler option does not respect the esi block settings

Can you please also confirm if this is the case? I gave the steps to reproduce the issue in the original post and provided an export file with the entire litespeed profile settings via the mentioned ticket.

you mean , after purge all , it gives no-cache , and few hours later , it’s cached , and then if you purge again , it returns to no-cache , and hours later, cached again and repeat this ?

    Hello,

I have exactly the same problem, but in my case the block only stay uncached during ~3 minutes.

Uncached after a LS cache purge
    Cached again after ~3 minutes

Do you found the problem ?

    Thanks
