eShop causing drop-down menu issues

I’m having the same problem as described here:

Since installing and beginning to setup eShop, my dropdown menus are no longer visible unless you’re already viewing a page to which they relate. In other words, what used to show up as drop-down page menus from the front page, now only work once you click through to the top menu item.
I’m sure this is due to an eShop setting, but no idea which one…any ideas?
