Escaped text

After the most recent update to 5.0.35 I’m getting occasional edited comments winding up going to the database like this (the worst example – codepage stuff?) where the text was:-

Now%20lets%2520add%2520some%2520context%253A%2520where%2520the` etc

and <a href=”https://thestandard.org.nz/from-failure-to-farce/#comment-708377″>this</a&gt;

I’ve left the original in the comment. It has happened on windows Chrome, and mac firefox

Rolled back to the previous version
