Escaped characters in taxonomy

Hello, there was a problem with escaped characters appearing in standard and custom taxonomies. In other entities, there are records and everything is fine. When creating a taxonomy, adding an image to the description, it is displayed at the beginning normally https://prnt.sc/20w4dcw.
After updating / creating the taxonomy, the escaped characters https://prnt.sc/20w4gky are added.
If you remove the plugin, then everything works fine. Tell me how you can solve this problem.
