Escape special characters?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to include escaped special characters in the source or target URL?

    I try to use the following URL as the source:

    /aor/%e2%80%9d

    However, after save the rule, it becomes /aor/” and two special characters are removed. And based on my test, it cannot match the URL with https://www.datanumen.com/aor/%e2%80%9d
