Escape characters appearing in Title text

    I’ve just ran into a weired behavior of “Title” in v2.2.10 .
    If I enter
    a "b"
    after I click “Save”, title gets changed to
    a \?b\?

    The same combination is actually displayed on web page.
    So, I’m unable to create a title with quotes (as well as with many other “special” characters.

    I’ve tried to create a simple “text” widget – but there’s no such bug there.
