Escapade Not Downloading

    Hi, the theme(s) I’ve been trying to download have all been going into my iTunes library, and not letting me open them. Is there something I need to do to make this stop?

    Sorry for the delay! That doesn’t sound right – I don’t think that iTunes should be opening .zip files.

    The best way for you to download, install and use the theme is through your WordPress dashboard. You can login to your site, and from the dashboard, head over to ‘Appearance > Themes’ and at the top click on the ‘Add New’ button.

    Once the page loads you can search ‘Escapade’ in the text input field in the top right hand corner. That should bring up the proper theme, which you can then select and preview/install the theme.
