• Hello,

I’m using this plugin in combination with ESaudioplayer. Once you click a logo, there should playing a mp3 file. Recently this function stopped working (probably after the Slide Anything update?). Only the logo of ‘Kras’ (first slide) is working.

I tried to clear the cache, made a new slider on a new page, checked for JS errors, but nothings seems working.

When I use the HTML-code of ESplayer in just a HTML-page without the slider, it’s working fine.

    website: https://www.radiospots.nl

    Thank you

The logos just below header slider?
    (See: https://gyazo.com/a9cd045c6c803da77521a74f8bb6da88)

When I click these logos I hear audio playback – a different audio playback for each logo. I have just tested in Chrome, Firefox and IE.

That’s true. I uploaded a previous version of the Slide Anything plugin. So this means when I will update the plugin again, the functionality of hearing the audio will stop working.

Oh Ok. Well to get to the bottom of this we’ll need to current version installed. Are there any JavaScript errors, are any PHP errors. Is the new version of Owl Carousel (used within SA) clashing with any other plugins.

I just made a copy of the website with the newest version of the plugin:

I think possibly the MP3 files must exist within the same website domain otherwise its throwing out that JavaScript error. Modify one to point to https://www.radiospots.nl/radiospots/… to test this.

    Thanks Simon,

You were right, I forgot to change the links . Now I have. But it doesn’t make sense, because the problem still exists 9 of the logo’s are working now. the other don’t (after the Euronics logo)

    Thank you

    Hey Simon,

Have you had the time to check about the problem, because it’s still there? What I notice, is that the logo’s that are visible as first while loading the page, these are working fine. The others, after the slider shows the others, these don’t.

    Thanks

    I’ve got no idea.
It seems the ‘ESaudioplayer’ scripts only works from elements that displayed initially on the screen and are not hidden. Do ESaudioplayer offer support?
