Hi, I use your plug-in and like it, but since I’ve installed it my plug-in that generates sitemaps is adding it to the sitemap (The SEO Framework), is there a reason the plug-in is showing those URLs as public?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@thatdudenic Just want to know are you using any SEO plugin to handle sitemap?

If so, please check is there any option to disable custom post types being included in the sitemap.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

You can go to SEO -> General Settings > Post Types and select es_template to disable templates being included into sitemap.

Thank you so much that is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

    Hi @malayladu,

I’m afraid you’ll face more reports related to this issue when WP Core sitemaps launch (WordPress 5.5); you may want to see if setting public to false (or publicly_queryable to false, see #50607) will resolve the issue permanently. Neither of those parameters should prevent you from obtaining the post’s contents from the database.

I hope this helps! Cheers ??
