Error:You have not specified any permission groups for SSO users

After updating the SAML 2.0 SSO from v0.9.2 to v0.9.4, I’m getting the following error in the General tab: You have not specified any permission groups for SSO users. All SSO users will either be subscribers, or fail to log in. How do I fix this?
