I am now getting the same message too.
[“error”,”The access token could not be decrypted”]

It does show FB posts from a month ago, but with no images.

I’m not sure when it started, but definitely after upgradeing WordPress to 5.6. Maybe before then.

@kimabaghdasaryan I have still the same problem as my fellow.

After an update to 1.1.29 the decrypted error is gone.
But the images will not be displayed (error – image will be displayed)

We are sorry for the late reply.

Please update the plugin and connect to your FB account and if the problem is the same it means the problem is with the FB page configuration (e.g. permissions) , so, please try to connect using a different account that will work and compare the FB page configurations, maybe it will help to understand.

I reconnected to my facebook page (sadly no change) but then I reset the cache under the plugin > options > reset cache.

This fixed my problem with the images.

I am using the latest version of the Plugin and it all is set correctly i have reset the cache and still cant get it to connect Permissions as far as i am aware are still the same on Facebook as this is for a client so don’t have direct access to there Facebook account.

Plugin Version is – Version 1.1.30
WordPress Version – 5.5.3 haven’t updated to 5.6 yet

@marklweb – your method fixed mine.

I re-authenticated my facebook through the plugin options … then after completed, I reset the cache in the plugin options and all worked fine after that.

I have the same problem here.
In Facebook I see that the “10Web Facebook Feed” App has been removed.
I guess it has been automatically removed because of inactivity.
But I can’t find any button/possibilty to add it again.

How can I reactivate the “10Web Facebook Feed” App within the Facebook-Account?

Clicking on Reauthenticate button in Options, and then clearing the cache fixed it for me.
