    Hello Author and WordPress Friends.

I’m having trouble with my contact form, error messages and success are not showing after you click send, though the emails are being sent normally.
I’ve tried uninstalling all plugins, and update my thema but mesmoa so, the problem keeps happening.

I’ve tried several alternatives to solve the problem, but did not succeed!
Someone can explain me how to solve this problem?

    My website is: https://agenciafoxmkt.com.br/contato/

    Awaiting,
    Thank you.

Try switching to the default theme (twentyfifteen) and deactivating all other plugins.

    I tried.. but not work.
I clearned my cache but not work.

Please, could you tell me what is happened?
    Thanks

This is could be due to a JavaScript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using – see JavaScript Conflict Problems for guidance on how to investigate this.

    Hi.
    I’ve done it all:
    – I changed the Theme
    – I disabled all plugins
    – I reinstalled the Contact Form 7
    – I disabled CSS

    The problem keeps happening.
I have several sites with the same plugins and theme and operate correctly.
    What else?

Suggest you go through theses steps.

    1. Switch temporarily to a WordPress default theme (Twenty Eleven etc.) and see if the problem goes away.

If it does, you’ve most likely got a JavaScript conflict with your current WordPress theme.

If switching to default theme doesn’t help it could be one of the plugins you are using that is causing the problem.

    2. Disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7

If doing that solves the problem, you can then add back each item – one by one, until you find the real cause of the problem.

You may also use Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools to examine JavaScript conflicts in detail (but you must be skilled at programming with JavaScript)

Also see https://www.wpexplorer.com/plugin-conflicts/ for general guidance.??

    1. I have moved temporarily to a default theme for WordPress (twenty eleven etc.) and the form did not continue working.

    2. I uninstalled it and I turned off all plugins, just let the Contact Form 7 plugin and the problem continued!

Already includes each plugin one by one and even then, the problem kept happening!

    What else could I do?

The problem can also be caused by a server-side warning or error. I’d recommend you install Postman SMTP temporarily to investigate this. Postman SMTP includes excellent email debugging.

    Hello.

My problem was appearing, shortly after I migrated my server site.
I believe it must have been a problem linked to the database, or some bug at the time of transfer.
I had a copy via localhost, transported to the duplicator and the contact form returned to work.
I tried all the alternatives mentioned above, and I concluded that the problem was corrupted files.
Thanks a lot for the help!
    Hugs!
