    Hi! I am find bug with cyrillic symbols.
    After update plugin from 3.4.1 version to 4.2, finded error with encoding cyrillic symbols in url string (editing or deleting shortcodes).

    My solution – added two static functions for correctly encode and decode base64.

    Hi @shmidtelson Thanks for your time in making the change. I’ll try out the same thing in 3.4.1 and upgrade to 4.2 to see the errors and pull your changes..
