Errors when using media uploader

  • I get the following errors when uploading new images or deleting images using the WordPress Media Manager.

    This is a brand new installation and I really want to use the Tiny Carousel. Any ideas?

    When uploading a new media file:

    Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/startouring/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tiny-carousel-horizontal-slider-plus/classes/tiny-carousel-loadwidget.php:3) in /home/startouring/public_html/wp-admin/async-upload.php on line 36

    When deleting a media file:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/startouring/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tiny-carousel-horizontal-slider-plus/classes/tiny-carousel-loadwidget.php:3) in /home/startouring/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121

    I have test the plugin in latest wp version and found no issue on the plugin. Please deactivate and activate the plugin and try again.

    Also verified the file tiny-carousel-loadwidget.php nothing is there in line number 3.
