    Hi – I’ve just updated the plugin to your latest versin and I get these errors:
    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘name’ in

    Help please

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the latest update! These are not actually error messages, they are PHP notifications for developers which should only be enabled on test and development sites. That said, every update of Connections is tested and best PHP practices employed to make sure not even notices are generated. Unfortunately due to the large variability in web hosts configs and WordPress installations it is still possible that a notice be generated that is not revealed in testing. I do apologize for this and the inconvenience this is causing you!

    Here’s a link to a tutorial which explains how to have these developer notices suppressed on live production sites which is considered a best practice:

    I will also be releasing an update later today that contains even more checks to prevent these specific notifications.
