    Hi:

Thanks for the report. Can you give me some more information about your environment. We’re not able to duplicate this right now but I see that someone else has also reported this issue. Can you let us know:

    1. Your PHP Version?
    2. Your WP Version?
    3. What version of Awesome Support you’re uprgrading from?

    Thanks very much.

    1. PHP 7.2

    2. wp version = 4.9.8–en_GB

    3. and i think 5.1.1 awesome support but unsure i always keep things up to date so last one you released

    Hi:

Is there any way for us to be able to access the site – wp-admin and ftp? We’ll need to be able to run some debugging code on it. Or maybe we can take a copy of it using UPDRAFT PLUS and put it on one of our staging servers for debugging purposes.

Or, if you like, you can install UPDRAFT PLUS from www.remarpro.com and use it to create backup .zip files. Then send us the .zip files. This way we don’t interrupt your production site.

    Thanks.

    Hi:

We pushed a new version to www.remarpro.com that we believe fixes this issue. Took us some time to track down what we think is the root cause but need your help in testing to be sure we got it.

    Thanks!
