    Hi savisland,
Somehow your wordfence plugin folder has become corrupted. This could have happened during an automatic update for example if your site ran out of diskspace while trying to update the plugin. Please delete the “wordfence” folder located in wp-content/plugins and then reinstall Wordfence from the WordPress plugins page.

    Best of luck for now.
