    Hi,

    We have a distributer that uses shipstation to connect to our woocommerce store and today they are getting an error trying to send order details to our woocommerce store and getting these errors below.

    I checked our logs for shipstation in woocommerce logs and it has logs for yesterday but not today which is odd. Does shipstation logs not save log data live?

    Any idea what these errors mean?

    The issue might be related to how your distributor is connected to your WooCommerce store.
    Could you please clarify the method they use to integrate with your store?

    Regarding the logs, you can enable logging for ShipStation in the plugin settings.
    You can find more details in the ShipStation for WooCommerce documentation.

    Additionally, could you please provide the System Status report?
    This will help us diagnose the issue further.

    Yea I’ve had Logs enabled but it looks like it stopped creating logs for shipstation.

    Here is a screenshot of the logs and it stopped creating new logs so it must be not connecting at all to create no logs.

    I have asked the distributer how exactly they integrate with shipstation from their end so I will have to wait to hear back on that exact info.

Could you please try running all pending updates and see if that fixes it? You can take a full?backup?of your site before doing that or try the updates on a?staging?site to ensure nothing breaks.

    Additionally I tried to change the authentication key by following the instructions in the documentation to delete the key in the wp-admin/options page but everytime I delete it and save it says “The link you followed has expired.” so I cannot change it and it keeps reverting to the same one.

    We have a distributer that uses shipstation to connect to our woocommerce store

    I want to circle back to my question, how is the distributor connected to your WooCommerce store?
    I am asking because primarily ShipStation for WooCommerce is used to create a connection between the WooCommerce site and the Shipstation service.

    Could you share a screenshot of the “The link you followed has expired.” error message?
    Seeing what you are seeing may give me a better understanding of the issue.

    At this point, it would be better to create a staging site so we can turn off all the plugins except WooCommerce and ShipStation for WooCommerce. This will help us determine if there is a plugin conflict as there are 52 active plugins on the site.

    I’ve heard back from my distributers and they said they are using “Platinum plan with Shipstation and just have Woo Commerce connected to the Shipstation account”.

    Below is the error I get when trying to remove change the authentication key by removing it and saving.

    Lastly, I can easily give you access to a staging site but how would you like to receive it so it is private?

    The url for the link that expired is the /wp-admin/options.php page from following this section in the documentation to try to reset the key. I delete the auth_key and click save and it shows the The link you followed has expired. page.
