• In my opinion, a plugin should work. I use plugins so I don’t have to mess with code, customize things myself, etc. Plugins are supposed to make your life easier.

Shortly after beginning to use this plugin my Facebook feed stopped appearing, and instead I got an error code. There was a link to a page that described the problem and what to possibly do about it.

Listen, I don’t have time for that. If it’s not working, I delete the plugin and find one that does.

    ’nuff said.

    Hi @pederweb,

Sorry for the issue. I understand the confusion here as we didn’t update our error documentation after our last plugin update earlier this week. I’ll update that now. If you’re receiving a Facebook API error then to fix it simply click the “Log in and get my Access Token” button on the plugin’s Settings page. There is no coding or customizing required, simply click the button and log in to connect the plugin.

Apologies again for any confusion. If you reconsider using the plugin and need any further help or have questions at all then just let me know.

    Thanks!

    John
